FM CRAFTS Privacy Policy

FM CRAFTS (Android package com.fmcrafts.fmcrafts) lets you browse products and contact our business through WhatsApp.

Information we use

The app automatically creates a pseudonymous Firebase browsing account. We store its unique identifier, anonymous-account status, creation time and last-seen time to authenticate catalogue access and operate the service. The session stays on your device between visits. You do not need to provide a name, email or phone number to browse. Product searches are used within the app and are not stored by us as search history.

Service providers and WhatsApp

Google Firebase provides authentication and product data; Cloudflare serves product images. These providers receive technical information such as your IP address and request details when you connect, and may process it outside your country under their own privacy policies. We use these services to deliver and protect the app. We do not sell your information or use advertising or analytics SDKs.

“Chat About This” opens WhatsApp with the product name, image link and a suggested message. You decide whether to send it. If you do, our business receives the message and information WhatsApp makes available, such as your phone number and profile name, to answer your enquiry. WhatsApp conversations are handled separately from the app under WhatsApp’s privacy policy. See also Google’s and Cloudflare’s privacy policies.

Retention, security and your choices

Browsing records are retained to operate and secure the service until deleted; they have no automatic expiry at present. Enquiry messages are kept as needed to handle the conversation and any applicable legal obligations. Access to product changes and private browsing records is restricted. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

For privacy questions or to request deletion of records we can identify, email deadbase763@gmail.com. Please describe your enquiry; we may need enough information to locate your record. Anonymous browsing records do not contain your email or phone number, so we may be unable to link one to an email request. Uninstalling clears the local session but does not automatically delete server records.

Children and changes

The app is a general product showcase and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly request their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date.
